Join Our Team

Do work that moves missions forward.

We’re a fully remote team of Salesforce consultants and strategists who’ve spent 14 years helping nonprofits transform how they work. We’re growing — and we’re looking for people who want their expertise to mean something.

Why BTH

This isn’t your typical consulting gig.

Most consulting firms define success by project completion. We define it by whether our clients are actually better off — operating more effectively, reaching more people, making sharper decisions. That shapes everything about how we work.

Our clients are nonprofits navigating real complexity — federated structures, tight budgets, boards asking hard questions about AI. Your judgment about what to build and why is the product. The tools for building it are changing fast.

We need people who are curious, flexible and open to new ways of working.

What You Get

Built for people who do their best work on their own terms.

Fully Remote

Work from anywhere in the US or Canada. No office. No relocation. Your schedule, your space.

Paid Certifications

We invest in your Salesforce certifications because your growth is our growth.

Competitive Benefits

Health, dental, vision, and retirement — the full package, not the startup version.

Flexible Schedule

Fully remote means fully trusted. We hire experienced professionals and give them the space to deliver.

Collaborative Culture

We learn from each other — regardless of title or tenure. Every day, someone on this team makes someone else’s work better. That only happens when egos stay out of the way.

Mission-Driven Work

Every project serves a nonprofit’s mission. That’s not a tagline — it’s a filter for every engagement we take.

Who thrives here.

You’ve got real Salesforce skills and nonprofit domain knowledge — and you’re still curious. Experience has given you judgment, and that same judgment tells you the tools and methods are evolving faster than at any point in your career. You find that exciting. You want to pair what you know with what’s becoming possible.

You treat AI as a daily tool, not a novelty. You iterate on prompts, build reusable workflows, and push the technology until you find its edges. When you spot a better way to do something, you speak up — and at BTH, you’ll be heard. You belong here as you are. The team is stronger because everyone shows up whole — with the background, identity, and perspective that’s theirs.

You want structure and rigor in your work, but you hold it loosely enough to redefine what “right” looks like when the landscape shifts. You’d rather be part of shaping what comes next than defending what came before.

Open Positions

Ready to do something that matters?

We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who want their Salesforce expertise to serve a bigger purpose. See what’s open below — or if nothing listed is the right fit, introduce yourself anyway.

Senior Solution Consultant

Full-Time  ·  Remote — US & Canada

You’re the person nonprofits lean on when it’s time to turn ambition into architecture. You lead Salesforce engagements from first conversation through go-live — translating mission-driven complexity into solutions that actually work for the people using them.

At BTH, that means working with organizations whose missions matter: United Ways navigating federated complexity, national nonprofits scaling their impact, community organizations doing more with less. You’re not handing off a configured org and disappearing. You’re building something alongside people who care deeply about getting it right.

What you’ll do

Lead discovery and solution design for nonprofit Salesforce implementations — fundraising, program management, grantmaking, operations. You’ll own the client relationship from scoping through delivery, designing end-to-end solutions that respect both the mission and the budget. You’ll guide implementation teams, mentor junior consultants, and help shape how BTH approaches new challenges.

What we’re looking for

Five-plus years of Salesforce consulting with at least two in the nonprofit space. Deep fluency in NPSP and/or Agentforce Nonprofit. You’ve led full-cycle implementations and you’re comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments where the technology decisions are inseparable from the organizational ones. Active Salesforce certifications required — at minimum, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant and Administrator. Experience with Flows, SOQL, and declarative automation.

Even better if you bring

Additional certifications (Experience Cloud, Data Architect, Platform App Builder). Prior experience working at or volunteering with a nonprofit. Comfort with agile delivery. A genuine interest in how AI is reshaping what’s possible for under-resourced organizations.

Senior Project Manager

Full-Time  ·  Remote — US & Canada

You keep complex implementations moving — not by micromanaging timelines, but by understanding what the client is trying to accomplish and making sure every piece of the work stays connected to that outcome.

At BTH, that means leading Salesforce deployments for nonprofit organizations where the stakes are real: tighter budgets, leaner teams, and missions that don’t pause while the technology catches up. You’ll work alongside solution consultants and developers, own the delivery plan, and be the person clients trust to tell them what’s on track and what needs attention.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end project delivery for Salesforce implementations — scoping, planning, resource coordination, risk management, and client communication. You’ll manage scope, budget, and timeline across concurrent engagements, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and occasionally step into pre-sales scoping to help shape what we’re committing to deliver. You’ll also help refine how BTH delivers — contributing to methodology, mentoring junior team members, and raising the bar on what good project delivery looks like here.

What we’re looking for

Three to five years of project management experience, ideally in software deployment or Salesforce implementations. Three-plus years of direct client-facing work. You’re organized without being rigid, you communicate early and clearly when things shift, and you know how to keep a cross-functional team aligned without pulling rank. You bring a genuine service orientation — not as a buzzword, but as the way you actually work.

Even better if you bring

Experience working at or with nonprofit organizations. Familiarity with United Way operations. A track record of improving delivery processes, not just following them.

Contract & Flexible Engagements

Project-Based  ·  Remote

Not looking for a full-time role? We regularly bring on experienced Salesforce professionals for project-based and contract engagements — and some of our strongest hires started there. If you prefer the flexibility of gig work or want to test the fit before going all-in, we’d like to hear from you.
